| Residential Projects: |
| In the Development work we have
executed Development agreements with Plot owners
giving appropriate considerations to them against
plot cost. We have signed the development agreement
with Society for plot No. 6, 7 & 8 and owner
of Plot No.19 in the Raghavnagar Co-op Hsg.Society,
Dhankawadi, Pune. Raghavnagar Co-op Hsg. Society
having land at S.No. 28/8/7/1, Ragavnagar Dhankawadi,
Pune. Total land is 1, 15, 132 sq.ft. Society has
sanctioned lay out from Town Planning authority.
Society having 19 Plots out of them 16 allotted
to their members and 3 Plots are with the Society.

In the year 1996-97 we started
the Development of Plot No. 15, 18, 14, 13 the construction
of these plots were completed within stipulated
time. Mean while we have also signed the development
agreement with other plot holders in the same society
and also started the development of the se plots.
Now we have started the development of societies
three plots, on open space we are going to build
Badminton Hall, Library, Society office & other
portion of open space will be developed as Garden,
children play ground & Ram Mandir. Considering
our last year sale of flat we have proposed to build
all remaining plots to keep open the sale of flats
for better choice to our customers. |

About Completed Projects |
|
|
| Effluent Treatment Plants: |
| We have completed a turnkey Effluent
Treatment Plant for Katraj Dairy, Katraj, Pune as
Project Management Consultants and had All State
Construction as our Executing Agency. Along with
this we also commissioned Chilling plants for Katraj
Dairy at Avasari, Devghar, Peit, Varwanda and Indapur. |
| The process was conversion of
dairy effluent to the Level desired in the Pollution
Control Board norms by changing the biological oxygen
demand (BOD) in the effluent. |
| In all the chilling plants an
aerobic process was used and an anaerobic digester
was installed at the end with the idea of using
the gas produced as boiler fuel etc. |

| Water Treatment Plants: |
| We have constructed a 5 MLD Water
treatment plant at Digras, Tal. Digras, Dist. Yavatmal
for Maharashtra Jeevan Pradhikaran. |
| We have executed
a village Water Supply Scheme at Sakhra, Taluka
Digras, Dist. Yavatmal. Both these jobs were turnkey
i.e. with Process Design. |

| Industrial
Structures: |
| We have constructed
numerous factory sheds, cold storages, and godown
buildings for various clients like TIFR, Katraj
Dairy etc. |

| Roads &
Bridges: |
| We have provided
Project Management Services for Construction of
Major Bridges on NH 8 in the SURAT MANOR TOLLWAY
PROJECT PACKAGE I for NHAI in Gujarat for Pinnacle
Developers Pvt. Ltd. This job included construction
of 3 major bridges in ‘T’ beam and Voided
slab type superstructures. We have constructed Asphalt
Road, Hard Parks for Katraj Dairy at Pune. |
| Current Areas
Of Operation: |
| The company has entered
into an agreement for 500 Acres farmland in the
Sudhagad Taluka in Raigad Dist. Out of these; the
company has entered into a Development agreement
for 100 Acres farmland. The name of company also
came on mutation 7/12 extract of all 100 Acers.
We are currently involved in plotting and selling
plots after developing them all amenities like internal
roads, water distribution system, electrification
etc. The project has been launched under the name
Shree Upavan Awas. The work project will slated
to be completed in all respects within 5 to 6 years |
